Supported a leading regional bank in redesigning its HR Operating Model to align with a refreshed enterprise strategy and shifting workforce expectations. The goal was to strengthen future-ready HR capabilities, enabling proactive talent planning, accelerated upskilling, and a more digital, seamless employee experience.
Worked closely with Group HR leadership to co-create a model focused on delivering business impact, personalising talent experiences, and embedding agile, collaborative ways of working. The new design featured an integrated HR service delivery model, enhanced people analytics, and a phased roadmap for implementation. It also included detailed functional structures and capability requirements, positioning HR as a strategic partner in driving growth and transformation.
