From Siloed to Integrated: Org Redesign for Post-Covid Growth in Food Services

Supported a regional food solutions provider, serving aviation and commercial clients, in rethinking its organisation model following significant disruption during the Covid-19 period. As the business envisioned a shift towards a more integrated model combining food production, assembly, trading, and distribution, we conducted an exploratory organisation design review to identify the structural shifts needed.

The outcome was a redesigned Enterprise Operating Model that moved away from siloed, customer-type-based structures to a capability-based approach. The new model placed go-to-market teams at the forefront to strengthen client engagement, supported by centralised product, innovation, and operations functions, enabling greater agility, efficiency, and end-to-end integration.
