Partnered with a leading Asia-Pacific-based Life Sciences company to design a Digital Operating Model that could bring greater coherence and impact to a range of fragmented digital initiatives. While the organisation had strong leadership alignment on its digital ambitions, execution was hampered by a lack of unified strategy, leading to duplication, capability gaps, and uneven readiness across markets.
To address this, we designed a Centre of Excellence (CoE)-driven model aimed at aligning digital priorities, building enterprise capabilities, and supporting local market execution, especially in sales-led geographies with limited digital maturity. The model clearly defined structure, interaction norms, governance, and core capabilities needed to drive digital transformation, scale efforts across markets, and enable sustained enterprise-wide digitalisation.
